Text Originally reported in Sage MAS 90 200 version 3.6, this error still occurs in version 4.3.

The error occurs when you respond "YES" when the rebuild sort utility prompts you to recalculate open purchase order quantities in the Inventory Masterfile.

The error occurs because there is an invalid Warehouse Code in the IM2 file. You need to locate and repair the offending record. 
 
Resolution Create a crystal report of the IM2 file and look for records that do not have a Warehouse Code in the key. Fix the records using Data File Display and Maintenance (DFDM).

If all the IM2 records HAVE a Warehouse Code in the key, then one or more of the records has an invalid Warehouse Code. Sort the Crystal report by Whse Code and look for invalid codes. Then fix the records with DFDM.

You can also get more information from the error message itself. Click the Info button on the error pop up and make note of the Record identified as the problem. Then use DFDM to fix that record. This may take longer however because you will only find the problems one record at a time and have to continually rerun the utility and produce the error to get the record that needs fixing.
