Resolution POSSIBLE RESOLUTION:
1. An incompatible version of Crystal Reports may be installed.
NOTE: If the version is not compatible with your version of MAS 90/200, uninstall Crystal Reports and install the compatible version. then reinstall MAS90 Workstation Setup. The compatible Crystal Reports CD should be included in the MAS 90/200 installation package.

2. If Crystal Reports is a compatible version or is not installed on the workstation, uninstall and reinstall Workstation Setup (...\MAS90\Wksetup\).
