"Data is not selected for report printing" appears when clicking Quick Print in RMA Entry if the Quick Print feature has already been used to print the return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This issue occurs when the 'Print Customer RMA' check box is cleared.
Resolved in MAS 90/200 version 4.30
STEPS TO DUPLICATE (in 'ABC' Company): 1. On the 'Tasks' tab, expand 'Modules', 'Return Merchandise Authorization', and 'Main'. Dougle-click 'RMA Entry'.
2. Create an RMA, then click on 'Quick Print'. Note that the RMA prints.
3. Close and then re-open 'RMA Entry'.
4. Select the RMA created in step 2 above. Note that the 'Print Customer RMA' checkbox is cleared.
5. Click on 'Quick Print'. The message, "Data is not selected for report printing' occurs.
One would expect the RMA should print without error regardless of whether or not the 'Print Customer RMA' checkbox is cleared.
Resolution
POSSIBLE WORKAROUND: 1. Select the 'Print Customer RMA' check box before clicking on 'Quick Print'.
This issue is resolved in MAS 90/200 version 4.30.
