Financial Reports Defaulting to Incorrect Printer

Description Financial reports print at the Windows default printer rather than the one defined in Financials 
Text In MAS 90/200 version 4.1, financial reports select the Windows default printer instead of the printer defined in Financial Report Group Maintenance.

This issue is resolved with Service Update 4 for MAS 90/200 (4.10.1.4).

Steps to duplicate (in 'ABC' company)
1. Open General Ledger/Reports/Financial Reports.

2. Select 'Standard' from the 'Report Group' drop-down box.

3. Click the 'Report Group Maintenance' button (adjacent to the 'Report Group' field)

4. Click 'Accept' to clear the window and create a new report group.

5. At the 'Default Printer' drop-down box, select a printer other than the Windows default printer.

6. Select a report from the 'Report Name' and click 'Accept' to return to the 'Financial Reports' window.

7. Select the report group just created above. The report you selected above should display.

8. Click 'Proceed' to open the 'Print Financial Reports' window.

9. Note that the Windows default printer is the selected printer. 
 
Resolution Financial reports should select the default printer defined in Financial Report Group Maintenance.

POSSIBLE WORKAROUND:
1. Select the desired printer when printing the report.

2. Change the Windows default printer to match the financial reports default printer.

Remember that this issue is resolved with Service Update 4 for MAS 90/200 (4.10.1.4).
