Text CONDITION:
Reports default to incorrect printer when previewing or printing from Crystal Reports software.
 
 
Resolution POSSIBLE RESOLUTION:

From 'Printer Setup' in Crystal Report, clear the 'No Printer' check box and verify that the correct printer is selected from the 'Printer Name' list. Then perform the following:

1. Start Crystal Reports 10.

2. Choose a report from the 'Open an Existing Report' list.

3. From the 'File' menu, choose 'Printer Setup'. Clear the 'No Printer' box.

NOTE: If the 'No Printer' check box is selected, attempting to print the report results in an error message.

4. Select the correct printer from the 'Printer Name' list.

5. Save the Crystal Report file.
