Description Exporting to text in Crystal Reports for Sage MAS 90 200, reset the Do Not Prompt Me Again setting. 
Text When a user exports to Text from a Crystal Report generated by Sage MAS 90 200, Crystal prompts for the lines per page and the Export to Text values. In the Export to Text window, the user sets the characters per inch and has the choice to check the box for "Do not prompt me again". When the user checks that box, the prompt to set the characters per inch will not appear any longer. This resolution explains how to get the prompt to reappear. 
 
Resolution To resolve this problem, you will need to reset the 'PromptAgain' value for the Text Export key for Crystal Reports in the Microsoft Windows Registry.

The location of that key in the registry may vary. It may be located in: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystal Decisions\10.0\Crystal Reports\Export\Text. If you do not find it there, do a Find on the Registry for "PromptAgain" and look for a key related to ../Crystal Reports/Export/Text/.

Once you have located the registry key, double-click the PromptAgain key and change the value from '0' to '1'. There may be more than one registry key, so find all the Crystal related PromptAgain keys related to Export/Text and modify it to '1'.

Click OK to close the registry editor, and try the Crystal reports Export to Text function again.
