Text Error71 SO_SALESORDER_UI.PVC 515 occurs when clicking Quick Print in sales Order Entry. "The object SO_SALESORDERPRINTING_UI does not exist" may occur when clicking the print button.

Occurs in MAS 90 and MAS 200 ERP, Sales Order application, version 4.10.

NOTE: A similar error message could exist in any Business Framework module. 
 
Resolution The solution is to rename any Windows printer to remove AUTO from the printer name.

Here's how:
1. On the taskbar, click START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, PRINTERS & FAXES.

2. Review the list of printers presented.

3. Remove the name AUTO from any printer that shows up with that in its name. e.g., rename AUTO EXTENDED SOLUTIONS PDF CONVERTER to EXTENDED SOLUTIONS PDF CONVERTER.
