Text This error pertains to MAS 90 ERP, MAS 200 ERP and MAS 200 ERP - SQL Edition

The application effected is Purchase Order version 3.71 
 
Resolution First, verify that there are no entries in Receipt of Goods, Receipt of Invoice or Return of Goods. If entries do exist, reinitialize Receipt of Goods data entry files.

Here's how: Reinitialize the following files:
1. PO5
2. PO6
3. PO9
4. POC
5. POL
6. POQ
7. POV
8. PO_10
9. PO_11
10. PO_16

Then, rebuild Purchase Order sort files and choose "YES" when prompted to recalculate open purchase orders.
