Resolution It depends on the report or form in MAS you want to export to a doc, xls or other. Some reports the answer is yes. Other reports the answer is no. The determining factor is whether or not Crystal Reports generates the report or if it is the old school regular MAS report or form. Sage has not converted all reports and forms over to Crystal, so some export some do not. Here are a couple things to try, but the options you have will vary depending on the MAS report you select.

1.Preview the report. If the print preview has a button at the top of the window that looks like and envelope with a red arrow, this is the export button. Click it and select the format you would like to export to. There are several options.

2. Some reports have a printer option called “Export/Email” listed in the printer selection drop down box. If this option is present you will get the same options as #1.

3. If neither 1 or 2 appear, then there are no or very limited export capabilities for that report.
